Only Indian citizens are eligible for apply for JSSC PGT Exam.

Candidates should be between 21 to 40 years of age to be eligible for JSSC PGT Exam.
There is relaxation in upper age limit provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the government rules.
JSSC PGT Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
The required educational qualification was JSSC PGT Exam:
- Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 50% aggregate and B.Ed.
from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 45% aggregate and B.Ed.
from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 50% aggregate and B.Ed./ B.Sc.
Ed.
from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% aggregate and 3 years B.Ed./ M.
Ed from a recognized university.
Applicants must note that a relaxation of 5% marks is allowed for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
JSSC PGT Eligibility Criteria: Number of Attempts
There is no limit on the number of attempts for JSSC PGT Exam. Candidates can appear for the exam as many times as they want provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
The lower age limit to be eligible for JSSC PGT Exam is 21 years.
The upper age limit to be eligible for JSSC PGT Exam is 40 years.
There is no limit on the number of attempts for JSSC PGT Exam.
