Most Scoring Subjects in CUET 2022

The highest number of 100 percentilers were for English (8236), followed by Political Science (2,065) and Business Studies (1,669). Biology, Economics and Psychology also had good number of 100 percentile scorers. Other subjects included Hindi (875), Accountancy (422), Geography (326), History (893) and Sociology (261). It is expected that the cut off for these subjects will be high in different colleges and universities.Along with this, there were atleast12 students who scored 100 percentile normalised score in all the five subjects and at least 104 students got perfect score in four subjects. The top scorers include 12,799 female candidates and 8,360 male students. The scores of candidates have been calculated using the equi-percentile method.
Now that the result has been released, merit lists will be prepared by the participating universities and colleges and counselling will start on the basis of CUET scorecard.
This was the first edition of the Centralised Exam for admission in Universities and Colleges. It was conducted in a total of six phases from July onwards and was concluded on 30th August 2022. About 60% of the registered students appeared for the final exam.
