Candidates should have completed graduation from a recognised university or college.
Candidate should also have proficiency in Computer Knowledge and Odia language and should have:
- Passed Middle School examination with Odia as a language subject; or
- Passed Matriculation or equivalent exam with Odia as a medium of examination in the non-language subject; or
- Passed in Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class VIII or above; or
- Passed a test in Odia in Middle English School Standard.
