RBI JE: Preparation Strategy

In addition to the RBI JE Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2021, the aspirants also need to work out a preparation strategy that is relevant to the Junior Engineer exam. Although the strategy of each student is different, the key points are usually the same. Hence, the candidates can follow the basic points as mentioned below and incorporate them into their studies:

  • Work on your weakness and strengths- Each candidate is different and so does their choice of topics. For some drawing would be easy while for some Hydraulics may be a tough subject. Thus, the students must decide their own strong and weak points and work accordingly.
  • Follow previous year question papers to get an insight into the important topics asked in the JE exam. It will also help the students in checking the level of the exams held previously.
  • Practising with Mock Tests relevant to the examination is also equally important for the candidates. The mock tests apart from providing a basic dashboard to practice also provide an insight into the preparation level of the candidates.

What is the marking scheme for the RBI Junior Engineer Exam Pattern?

The marking scheme of the written examination for the papers includes 1 mark for every correct answer of English and Reasoning while 2.5 marks for the papers of Engineering discipline. Additionally, there will be a provision of negative marking.
