Rtd Lt Col Romil Barthwal is an alumina of colleges like National Defence Academy, IIT Kharagpur and IIM Lucknow. He is B.Sc., B.Tech (Electronics) and M.Tech in the same from IIT Madaras- where he has published research papers in reputed journals. While in management course he didn't settle for anything but the best- he is a trophy winner there too.
A soldier turned CEO is now and then taking out time from his busy schedule to motivate and inspire people who want to push their limits, go beyond their comfort zone and achieve that only few can. He often inspires and encourages people who wish to take up mountaineering peaks.

Romil Barthwal is himself an adventurer and army veteran. Some of the feet he has accomplished include Boston Marathon, first & course record holder in the non-Ladakhi category in 111 km, one of the most difficult high altitude ultramarathon from Sumur to Leh via khardungla pass (at height of 3500m)- La Ultra. He was also runner up in the 24th New Delhi Stadium run doing 185 km.
