SSC JHT Selection Process 2022: Writtern Exam, Passing Marks, Certificate

The Staff Election Commission of India will announce the date of the paper I and paper II examination for the recruitment of SSC JHT 2022. The candidates who will qualify in this paper will be eligible to appear in Paper-II Descriptive type. The candidates need to be aware of the SSC JHT selection process 2021 to get a clear picture of the recruitment procedure. This would help them in forming a fair idea of the different stages and procedures of selection as a whole and they can start preparing accordingly. The recruitment process is divided as given below:

• The candidates will undergo two phases of evaluation.

  They will have to appear for two papers in total under the SSC JHT selection process. 
• The first paper that is Paper I will be a computer-based test. The questions will be of Objective Type.
• The candidates qualifying in paper I will have to appear for paper II.
• The second paper that is Paper II will be a pen and paper descriptive type paper.
• The candidates will be selected on the basis of the results of paper II.

SSC JHT Selection Process 2022

Candidates will first have to fill the form after standing true to all the SSC JHT Eligibility Criteria, then they will have to face the two phases of the selection process for the SSC JHT recruitment. In the first phase, all the eligible candidates who have received their SSC JHT Admit Card will have to appear for Paper I. The candidates who qualify in this phase will appear for paper II. The final selection will be made after the second phase which is Paper-II.
 

SSC JHT Paper I Computer Based Test 

As per the SSC JHT Exam Pattern, in Paper I which is a computer-based test, the candidates will be asked questions from two sections. Section I will consist of 100 questions from General Hindi while section II will consist of 100 questions from General English. Each section will have a maximum of 100 marks. Therefore, Paper, I as a whole will be of 200 marks. 
 

SSC JHT Exam Pattern for Paper I Computer Based Test

• For the SSC JHT Paper I computer-based test, there are two sections from which the questions are asked. Section I has questions from General Hindi with 100 questions which carry 1 mark each. Section II has questions from General English and has 100 questions each question carrying 1 mark. 
• For every wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted

SSC JHT Exam Pattern for Paper-II Descriptive Test 

As per the SSC JHT exam pattern, for paper II Descriptive Test, the candidates will be asked questions from Translation and Essay. The total marks for Descriptive type paper are 200 marks. The details of the exam pattern are given out below:

What are the different papers to be tested for selection in the Computer Based Test?

There will be two sections in Paper I computer based test: General Hindi and General English. Each section will carry 100 questions each.
