Exam Pattern for the Written Exam is as Follows:-

First Step

Written Test

• Exam will be Objective Type.
• Questions will be in the form of Multiple Type Choice Questions (MCQs).
• Exam will be conducted on OMR sheets.
• Total Number of Questions in this Exam will be 100.
• Each Question will be of 1 Mark Each.
• Maximum Marks for this Exam will be 100 Marks.
• Time allocated for this Exam will be of 100 Marks.
• Level of this Exam will be as per 10th Standard.
• Candidates scoring less than 30 Marks will be not be call for the PET/ PST.

Second Step

Physical Efficiency/ Measurement Test (PET/PST) :

• Running for man (1.6 KM)
  a) Less than 5 minute - 50 marks
  b) 5 minute to 5 minute 20 seconds - 40 marks
  c) 5 minute 20 seconds to 5 minute 40 marks
  d) 5 minute 40 seconds to 6 minute – 20 marks
  e) More than 6 minute men announce not qualified
• Running for woman (1 Km)
  a) 4 मिनट से कम - 50 अंक
  b) 4 मिनट से 4 मिनट 20 सेकण्ड तक - 40 अंक
  c) 4 मिनट 20 सेकण्ड से अधिक एवं 4 मिनट 40 सेकण्ड तक - 30 अंक
  d) 4 मिनट 40 सेकण्ड से अधिक एवं 5 मिनट तक - 20 अंक
  e) More than 5 minute women announce not qualified

गोला फेंक – अधिकतम 25 (पच्चीस अंक)

For man 16 पौंड का गोला न्यूनतम 16 (सोलह) फीट फेंकना होगा

NOTE: 16 फीट से कम फेंकने वाले पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों को असफल घोषित किया जायेगा।

For women सभी कोटि की महिलाओं के लिए – 12 पौंड का गोला न्यूनतम 12 (बारह) फीट फेंकना होगा ।

NOTE: 12 फीट से कम फेंकने वाली महिला अभ्यर्थियों को असफल घोषित किया जायेगा

ऊँची कूद – अधिकतम 25 (पच्चीस अंक)

सभी कोटि के पुरुषों के लिए – न्यूनतम ऊँचाई 4 (चार) फीट :

NOTE: 04 फीट से कम कूदने वाले पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों को असफल घोषित किया जायेगा।

सभी कोटि की महिलाओं के लिए – न्यूनतम ऊँचाई 3 (तीन) फीट

NOTE: 03 फीट से कम कूदने वाली महिला अभ्यर्थियों को असफल घोषित किया जायेगा।

• Should be Indian
• Till 01/08/2020 should be 10+2 qualified
• Age:
  for general 18 to 25
  for others 18 to 30
• Height for men should be 165 cm for general and other for 160 cm
• Height for female 155 cm
• For men Chest without pump 81 cm
• For men Chest with pump 86 cm
• For men Chest without pump 79 cm (SC)
• For men Chest with pump 84 cm (ST)
• No chest measurement for ladies
• Minimum weight for ladies 48 kg for all category
