Role: Process designer
Responsibilities:
- The current process must be understood by the process designer.
- He or she ensures that everyone involved in the RPA project is on the same page.
- Along with maintaining the project specs, he or she also keeps track of any adjustments made after incorporating feedback during the development or testing process.
Skills Necessary:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- having knowledge of one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- at least two to four years of professional expertise in application development, SQL and relational databases, and programming (including scripting and coding).
- experience with business and technical requirements, problem-solving, and system(s) testing, including user acceptance testing and bug solutions
