5. UN High Commission for Refugees (e) Resolve disputes between and among member countries
To promote the rights of refugees and to monitor the implementation of the Refugee Convention by its States Parties; To protect refugees by working with States on the examination of administrative and legal problems related to the granting of refugee status and to the defense of the right of asylum.
