India achieved its independence on 15th August 1947 and was also divided into two parts i.e. India and Pakistan. Before the partition, the Constituent Assembly did not communicate itself in commendation of a strong Central Government, but after the declaration of partition on 3rd June 1947, Constituent Assembly considered itself free from all restrictions inflicted by Cabinet Mission and political pressures.
