10.The Sixth Schedule of the Indian Constitution deals with the administration and control of Scheduled Areas and Scheduled Tribes in the four states of : [A] Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Nagaland [B] Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura and Mizoram [C] Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland [D] Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Nagaland
(1) The District Council of an autonomous district may make regulations for the regulation and control of money-lending or trading within the district by persons other than Scheduled Tribes resident in the district. by the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution (Amendment) Act, 1988 (67 of 1988),
