Khwaja Banda Nawaz, otherwise known as Hazrat Gesu Nawaz or Mahammad Gesu Daraz (1321-1422) was a Sufi saint of the Chishti order. He was a disciple of Nasir-uddin of Delhi and came to Gulbarga in 1413. The Bahmani ruler Ahmed Shah (1422-36) conferred rich endowments on him.
