Smog is a mixture of smoke and fog. It is the pollutants of air pollution. It affects our eyesight during the winter. There are two types of smog- Classical smog- It occurs in a cool, humid climate. It is reducing in nature and it has smoke, fog and sulphur dioxide. photochemical smog- It occurs in a dry and sunny climate. It is oxidising in nature and its components are PAN, ozone and nitric oxide etc.
