Correct options are A) and C) The satellite which appears stationary relative to earth is called the geostationary satellite . it revolves around the earth in the west-east direction with the same angular velocity as done by the earth about its own axis in the west-east direction . A polar satellite revolves around the earth's pole in north-south direction. it is independent of earth's rotation.
