Differentiate between Structural Proteins and Functional Proteins.

A "structural" protein is usually something that provides scaffolding or something that give the cell or one of it's organelles shape. A "functional" protein is usually something like an enzyme, a protein that catalyzes a reaction of some kind. Examples of functional proteins are immunoglobulins and avidin.
