The difference between Syngamy and triple fusion is that syngamy is the fusion of male gametes (sperm) with the female gamete (egg) for the formation of a zygote whereas, in triple fusion, another male gamete fuses with the diploid secondary nucleus to form primary endosperm nucleus.
