Draw a neat diagram of digestive system of frog.
Explanation The starting of the alimentary canal is marked by the mouth opening where the chewing and mixing of food with saliva occur. It is followed by the oesophagus which moves the food towards the stomach. The stomach is the utmost essential part of the alimentary canal, where the food is digested with various enzymes from the gastric glands or the oxyntic glands. The food next passes to the intestines, which is divided into the small and large intestine consecutively. In the small intestine, pancreatic juice and bile are released from connections with the pancreas, and in the large intestine, digested food is absorbed. It is attached to the cloaca, which is a sac-like structure. The cloaca leads to the anus.
