Explanation Lysosomes: these are the structure that contains a sac-like membrane that contains the digestive enzymes to break the larger molecules into smaller ones. Lysosomes are called as suicidal bags. It induces cell death with the lytic enzymes present within itself. So it is also known as suicidal bags. Vacuoles: Vacuoles are the organelles that mainly contain water. It stores the undigested nutrients present in the cells. It is involved in the storage, ingestion, digestion, and expulsion of water. Final Answer Lysosomes contain the lytic and digestive enzyme involves in the initiation of cell death and helps in digestion of complexnutrients. Vacuoles are involved in the removal of excess water and stores the undigested nutrients.
