Explanation Macromolecule are the molecule formed by the polymerization of a large number of micromolecule and having comparatively more molecular weight than micro (>1000Dalton) They are also known as polymer with the exception of lipids Examples : Polysaccharides such as starch, chitin etc are carbohydrates made up of many smaller units of monosaccharides. Proteins are polymer of amino acids such as Haemoglobin Nucleic acids made up of many nucleiotides such as DNA and RNA Final Answer Macromolecules are basically the complex form of micromolecules having larger molecular weight than micromolecules and are found as colloidal solution in intracellular fluid
