Briefly describe the structure of the following: (c) Ear
The ear is one of the five sense organ concerned for hearing and equilibrium. It is divided into an external, middle, and internal region. The external ear includes the pinna, external auditory meatus, and a tympanic membrane. The middle ear lies in the middle region and contains ear ossicles. The inner ear consists of the bony and membranous labyrinth where the membranes labyrinth is further composed of vestibule apparatus and cochlea.
