The accurate hierarchical association of taxonomic classes in ascending order is Species → Genus → Family → Order → Class → Phylum → Kingdom Therefore, both (a) and (c) constitute accurate sequences of taxonomic classes. In sequence (b), species have to be accompanied via way of means of genus. Therefore, it does now no longer constitute the appropriate sequence.
