Option A) Rennin Stomach has gastric glands which secrete gastric juice. Gatric juice contains hydrochloric acid, pepsin and rennin. Hydrochloric acid kills the germs which enters along with food and water. Pepsin converts proteins into polypeptides. Rennin converts milk into curd.
