Distinguish between Exonuclease and Endonuclease

Exonucleases are nuclease which cut off nucleotides from 5′ or 3′ ends of DNA molecule.  Endonucleases are nucleases which cleave DNA duplex at any point except the ends. Leading to blunt or sticky ends.
