Option 1) Metals have free electrons in them, which helps largely is the conduction of electricity. So, they have the highest conductivity. Insulators do not ant free electrons in them. Due to this electricity cannot pass through the insulators. So, their conductivity is lowest. Semiconductors conductivity depends upon the temperature. At normal temperature, they behave as insulators. But when temperature increases, the conductivity of the semiconductor increases. So, the correct order will be  Kmetals​≫Kinsulators​<Ksemiconductors​
