The coelom is the space between the body wall & the alimentary canal of organisms. It is lined by mesoderm. Visceral organs lie in the coelom. Flatworms do not have a coelom. Hence, they are called acoelomates. Pseudocoelom is found in the roundworm. Annelids are coelomate animals
