It contains zinc(II), so it will be called as zincate(II). Note that we can determine the oxidation number of zinc by charge balance. Also it contains 4 OH− groups so it will be tetrahydroxo. Combining, we get that the name of the negative ion as tetrahydroxozincate(II) So, the name of the compound becomes Potassium tetrahydroxozincate(II).
