Colligative properties depend upon the number of solute particles in the solution. To be more precise, it is the ratio of the number of solute particles to the number of solvent particles in the solution. Now, relative lowering of vapour pressure is given as;  ΔP/P0=P0−P/P0   where, x is the mole fraction of any component. Hence, we can say that the relative lowering of vapor pressure of a solvent is a colligative  property. Also, by Raoult’s law we know that, P0−P/P0=x   where, x is the mole fraction of any component.
