Out of all the given compounds (i) i.e. tertiary alcohol will give fastest reaction with HBrHBr. The increased number of alkyl groups in tertiary alcohols increases the  + I + I effect, making them more reactive. As a result, the charge density on carbon atoms increases, as does the charge density around oxygen atoms. The lone pairs on oxygen atoms are being pushed away by this negative charge density. Therefore, compound (i) t-butyl alcohol is most reactive towards HBr
