Give the characters of wind-pollinated flowers?
Characters of wind-pollinated flowers: The size of the flower is very small. Bright coloured corolla, nectar glands and fragrance are absent. Pollen grains are produced in large quantities. Versatile fixation of anthers aids in shaking off pollen grains in the air. Pollen grains are dry, smooth and very light, e.g. coconut palm, date palm, Cannabis (Bhang), maize and grasses.
