1. Milk is an example of oil in water emulsion. This is main essential of our food. 2. Antiseptic like Dettol is example of oil in water type emulsion. 3. The mixture of detergent and water which is generally used for cleaning of clothes, crockery is also based on oil in water type emulsion. 4. Digestion of fat in our intestine is because of emulsification process.
