(i) Tyndall effect is shown both by starch solution and air which are heterogeneous mixtures and have the capacity to scatter a beam of light as it passes through them. (ii) Sodium chloride solution and tincture of iodine (iodine crystals dissolved in ethyl alcohol) are both homogeneous in nature and do not exhibit any Tyndall effect.
