2) How often should i post fresh content on my site?
There are no such rules to post this much content, ideally twice a week is fine but keep in my mind that Google will give more importance to the sites which are updating their data very frequently. It all depends on your time and efforts. You can post content once in every day or twice a day should also be fine.
