The interviewer aims at assessing if you can work in a team or solo to adapt to the need of the project. It is ideal if you can work in both environments, depending on the need of the task. Talk about your experiences and refer to situations where you worked alone and in a team successfully. In case you have apprehensions about working either way, clearly express it to the interviewer and discuss how you can overcome it if need be.
