What form of design practice has a feminine identity?Explain.
The design practises that are beautifully made by the women are basically domestic household drawings. For example, Alpana, a drawing that is made in Bengal and Kolam made in Karnataka on an auspicious festival, (or also named as rangoli) that are done on the floor outside the households remarking the celebration of any religious tradition and is done using colours, a paste of rice flour or chalk powder and is passed on from one generation to another, from mother to daughter.
