How do you cope with tight deadlines?
My main approach with tight deadlines is to organize my time efficiently when putting my ideas together. I create estimates for myself by focusing on pre-defined milestones and breaking the project down into smaller, achievable goals. If it’s clear that I won’t meet the next milestone’s deadline, I always let the team know that I need some help.
