Let's recap what graphic design skills you need to get hired: Know Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator like the back of your hand. Be familiar with HTML, but not a master. Do not forget to get some experience with UI/UX. And Microsoft Office, Print Design and the rest of that list. You need 2-3 years of experience.
