Human Capital’ empowers an organization to advance towards goal achievement, increase revenue earning capacity and accelerate growth. Nowadays, it is considered as an important ‘capital asset’ for an organization. A group of ‘able and focused people’ is something which an organization needs the most. Such people push their efforts and boost the rate of advancement towards achievement of the organization’s goals. Hence, this becomes an obvious question coming from the interviewer.
