This question definitely gives you brownie points. Great candidates want to make a difference right away. Instead of spending weeks or months ‘getting to know the organization, they want to hit the ground running. Besides, they want to know how they’ll be evaluated. So they definitely would like to understand employer expectations and set their objectives accordingly.
