This question invites candidates to tell a story about their former position and the role they played. Every candidate should be able to give an account of how they performed additional duties that were not expected of them. Depending on their answer, you can gauge how far they will be willing to go to get results. Red flags: The candidate cannot think of anything or their answer is uninspiring.
