If the candidate is focused on improving their career, they will have an idea of the skills or industry exposure they would need to advance their position. Candidates may also be looking for exposure or training outside of their field of interest but in a similar industry. If the candidate feels that they don't need any additional training or exposure, they should have a good explanation.
