What is Apex Email Service?
Email services are an automated process that uses Apex classes to process the contents, Headers, Attachments of Inbound Email. Note: Visualforce email templates cannot be used for mass emails. We can associate each email service with one or more salesforce-generated email addresses to which the users can send messages for processing.
