Following are the primary components of the workflow: Criteria: Criteria is the “if” portion of the statement. We have to set criteria for the workflow rule. First, we have to create a workflow rule and later configure the criteria. Action: Action is the “then” portion of the statement. The action tells us what to do when the criteria are satisfied and occurs after the workflow rule configuration. We can add a time-dependent action or an immediate action for a particular workflow rule.
