Why does a block of plastic released under water come up to the surface of water?

Since of plastic has density very less as compared to water i.e. weight of plastic is less than the buoyant force experienced by it therefore a block of plastic released under water come up to the surface of water/floats.

because the pressure of water is higher than pressure of plastic block

the plastic has less density or mass as compare to the density of water so it is easily come up
