What are the major differences in the plantae? What is the basis for these divisions?

Thallophyta-- plant body without root ,stem and leaf Bryophyta-- rhizoids are present ie. root like structures. But there is a lack of vascular tissue. Pteridophyta-- for the conduction they develop vascular tissue but there is a lack of seeds. Gymnosperms-- naked seeds are develop and there is lack of flowers Angiosperms-- flowers are produced from the seeds which are curved inside the fruits.
