How many image will be formed if two mirrors are fitted adjacent walls and one mirror on ceiling?
The wall will act as two mirrors inclined to each other at 90° and so will form 360°/90° −1=3. images of the person. Three images by walls now these images with object (person) will act as objects for the ceiling mirror and so ceiling will form 4 images. Hence total no. of images formed=3+4=7
