Option C Isogamy is a form of sexual reproduction that involves gametes of similar morphology (similar shape and size).  Isogamy is found in Spirogyra in which both gametes are non-motile.  So, the gametes in Spirogyra can't move due to the absence of flagella and is immobile. Hence, 'Non-flagellate' gametes occur in Spirogyra.
