To whom the Vice-President’s letter of resignation is to be addressed?
Article 63 of the Indian Constitution provide for the Vice- President of India. He is the executive head of the State and holds office for the term of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office. He can resign from his office at any time by addressing the resignation letter to the President before the completion of his term.
