Option D Klinefelter's syndrome is a genetic disorder in which the individuals have an additional X chromosome (XXY). Hence they are male (due to the presence of the Y chormosome) but develop female secondary sexual characteristics like development of breasts and loss of facial hair (due to additional X chromosome). These individuals also show mental retardness and are sterile.
