Bacteria is a cell, antibiotics kill bacteria (cell), human body is also made of cells. How does it affect our body?

Antibiotics prevent bacteria from forming a protective cell wall by blocking their metabolic mechanism. It prevents bacteria from forming this cell wall, causing them to die. It cannot have any effect on our bodies since human cells do not produce cell walls.
