Correct option is D) G0​ phase is the phase of cell quiescence when cell are not to divide after  G1​ phase and start undergoing differentiation into a specific type of cell are said to be in G0​ phase.  Cells do not grow or differentiate but remain metabolically active to function as reserve cells. They can re-enter the cell cycle at any time on receiving a proper stimulus. Hence, option D is correct.
